At Rustic Mountain Art (rusticmtnart.com) we want you be thrilled with your purchases. So if, for any reason, you're not satisfied with the merchandise you've purchased from our site, we will gladly refund your money, excluding the actual shipping & insurance fees incurred while shipping your package.  

Returns must be made within 10 days after merchandise is received -- simply follow the steps below.


IMPORTANT: Clearance items, gift certificates and bulk orders are non-refundable.  Steps to make a return:   1)     Please email us before returning merchandise to obtain the correct return address for your package. If the returned package is shipped to the wrong address or to the wrong distributor an extra shipping charge may be subtracted from your refund. Returns must be made within 10 days after merchandise is received.

2)      The merchandise must be adequately packed before returning merchandise and insurance must be purchased to cover the full price of the merchandise that is being returned.  Please include your name, address and phone number inside the package so we can issue you a refund.

Damaged items – If a replacement item is available, we will gladly replace any damaged item at no cost to the customer, as long as we are notified within 3 days after merchandise has been received. Please email us or call us at 530/836-1693 for information on how to return the item and receive a replacement or refund*.
